Here's a Disability Employment Service advertising for case workers. Look at what they are expected to do, and look at the lack of qualifications needed. This is what we are expected to engage with fortnightly or lose our income support. @tanya_plibersek @AmandaRishworth

I watched the first season of #Broadchurch, and the difference in attitudes since 2013 are huge. We don't ask a 15 year old girl, "who initiated the relationship?" with a 40 yr old man, or question does a paedophile love their victim. And pregnancies aren't always a gift from God

This is disgusting. We should be processing refugees here, in line with the UN Refugee Convention, not dumping them in Nauru without justice. How low can @AustralianLabor go? #auspol
Albanese has rushed through laws that strip up to 80,000 refugees of their right to natural justice, which streamlines deportations, and a new deal with Nauru facilitates their offshore relocation 👇 https://t.co/0L5D1YGqiP via @sydcrimlawyers

I'm watching Selling Houses Australia. They walk into a house and say "What a nightmare!" Then paint a black walls white and in the next house, white walls black and spend over $150k on a $25k reno 😁

The Greens are the only party in the federal Parliament that has a clear policy to cancel AUKUS, not actively plan to join a US war with China and to map a genuinely independent foreign and defence policy. It’s because we use our eyes, ears and brains.

China's display of an array of naval weaponry and assets, as opposed to land-based ones, could hardly have been less subtle.

Just wanted to say thank you to all the advocates for those of us on Jobseeker, like @antipovertycent @AusUnemployment and all the individuals who speak up to the media and do all the hard yards to benefit all of us!

He’s not in court for attacking a sacred site, @australian - he’s charged with unprovoked violence against people, his alleged victims are people, not inanimate objects.

I just read some of Advance's posts, and the fact @AustralianLabor has appointed this person to lead the Antisemitism Envoy is astounding. Labor is supposed to support multiculturalism, the Uluru Statement from the Heart, and a two state solution for Palestine and Israel? #auspol
Advance is a far-right hate group. That Segal has any connection to it renders her views completely null and void

So @AlboMP, what’s more important? A) the processing of #FOI requests so the public can participate in democracy and scrutinise your Government, or B) ensuring pollies have a chauffeur driven car to get them to and from the airport? #auspol

Yesterday, Anthony Albanese defended his government's assault on transparency in a novel way. What's the scam?

This was never going to work. “Affordable housing” then increasing the rent by 17 percent turns it into unaffordable housing for some. Yet they are demolishing public housing to do this
abc.net.au
A year after they moved into an "affordable" apartment in a new public-private housing development in inner Melbourne, Alix and Tiarn were told their rent would increase by 17 per cent. They say...

Yet 200,000 are on the waitlist. Is the problem lack of funding, lack of carers, or both? Would more family members step in as carers if they could afford to do so with award wage funding? #auspol
BIG GREENS WIN! Labor will begin releasing 20,000 home care packages immediately after suffering a humiliating defeat in the aged care showdown in the Senate. This is a great result for older people desperately waiting for urgent care.

Labor’s refusal to release more home care packages - despite a waitlist of over 200,000 - is rippling across our health system, keeping hospitals full of older people who just want to go home. Every day the govt delays is another day that someone is not getting care they need.

It’s accepted that #FOI is broken. @AlboMP’s remedy to this is to impose a fee and to restrict access further. So, instead of getting free crappy FOI responses, you’ll get to pay for even more crappy FOI responses. Good one Albo! #auspol

There's two massive issues here, entirely government made problems. One is lack of security and regulated ownership of caravan park cabins, the other is anyone having to sell their home to fund medical expenses! What happened to Medicare? #auspol

Residents at a seaside caravan park in northern Tasmania own their own homes, but the park is no longer allowing sales due to council rules that say the land is not approved for residential use.
