Glofi+R-CHOP/R-polaCHP. I really like this study schema, allowed for short Dx to Tx interval to actually get a high risk group in study. #lymsm #ASH24

CART could have it ALL. Obe-cel results @NEJM: 👉127 pts 👉complete remission 55% 👉median event-free survival 12 months 👉1-year survival 65% 👉severe CRS/ICANS in 2% and 7% 👉survival curve plateau but limited follow-up 👉high tumor burden still a challenge Congrats

Gonna get a tattoo on my chest that reads "just because a result is statistically significant does not mean it is biologically significant" & a matching tattoo on my back that reads "just because a result is biologically significant does not mean it is statistically significant"

Focal deletions of noncoding regions in cancer genomes can have unexpected consequences. Out now in @BloodJournal, we’ve discovered an intriguing mechanism of oncogene activation whereby focal deletion of a ‘promoter tether’ leads to aberrant expression of IRX3 in T-ALL. Thread👇

Last month, the Dawson Lab celebrated our 10th year in action! 🎉 It was a wonderful day of laughs, catching up, and reflecting on just how far we’ve come over the last decade. What a great looking group! See ya in 5 years! 🥂

So good to finally see this out in all its glory. I remember @charles_bell92 first telling me about this system on the drive down to lab retreat in my first few weeks in the lab, and it was beautiful to see the story develop. Bravo, Charlie!

Cofactors are a crucial part of the gene activation process. Yet, we still don't have a comprehensive understanding of how and why they are used by different genes. Proud to present our attempt to address this key question, now published https://t.co/wdDmHDMDCI
