I'm not sure what is causing the rise. But my research suggests it's not CO2.
In short, the math shows that 95% of radiant heat (sun) was/is already been absorbed by the 0.03% of CO2 levels we had in 1910. This leaves only 5% outstanding that can affect global warming.
