Some philosophers who are influenced by Nietzsche generally like to emphasise nihilism and the loss of the possibility of meaning in the traditional sense and forget about this because they are very happy with this situation.

@CCrowley100 @1147x1147 The way I see it Nietzsche is very important because he goes beyond Stirner’s simple but correct rejection of all spooks and endorsement of egoism by understanding that spooks are an inevitability simply because for slaves it is a survival strategy.

Apparently eugenics is bad because its messing with poorly understood complex systems and trying to play god. But medicine that prolongs the life of sick freaks and technology that relieves malthusian pressures so that retards can have 90 kids is totally different.

This only way slaves can understand great men. Always insecurity and simping. Napoleon was obsessed with conquest as reaction to schoolmates teasing him. He was victorious at Toulon because a guy called bim shitbag. He conquered europe because he craved Josephine’s pussy.

A very profound idea of Nietzsche is that of the criminal made sick. When one’s instincts become associated with negative thoughts, self doubt takes over. The things that bring great joy become linked to the most disgusting images and the result is a sort of castration. …

He was lowly officer who spoke about Plutarch and Rousseau all the time and wrote shitty novels and essays. Would have been mocked on twitter by serious adults and those who pride themselves on touching grass.

This is a healthy marriage for two 100 iq people who are not capable of genuine expression or even desire. They demonstrate their affection for each other by reproducing romcom scenes.

I like how Taleb recommends being an artisan or a taxi driver in his books when he made tens of millions in trading. More interested in insulting and putting down his old rivals now that he’s a ‘philosopher’ than giving good advice to his readers.

@Outsideness It’s just courage and lack of tribalism. Right wing IQists love hearing about group differences in some contexts, but don’t want to hear that it has implications for their own tribe. And most smart right-wingers are pro-choice but only I have the balls to say it.

So stupid when Paglia says homosexuals are preservers of the masculine principle because they salivate at handsome men. It is in fact only the handsome straight men themselves who preserve it through self worship. Homos don’t even know what it is and ugly guys cope.

This is somewhat long summary of how Deleuze presents some of Nietzsche's ideas as I think it's worth looking into: There are two types of will, the affirmative and the negating, that are linked to two types of force, the active and the reactive.

The German nuclear program at its peak had 70 people working on it in separate groups and 2 million in funding. The American one had thousands of people and costed 2 billion. It was top priority and a centralised effort. Oppenheimer’s high verbal IQ isnt what made the difference.

This guy is just criticising trads. he is saying we should not worship dead cultural forms. We should want a people that is capable of creating and maintaining a living culture. the conclusion is that integration is impossible. Race is all that matters. what a smart racist man.

It’s funny how they believe that without IQ tests it’s impossible to differentiate between stupid and intelligent or to notice that intelligence is hereditary. Apparently these ideas were invented in the 19th century with the birth of sexist statistics and racist psychology.

@ChadNotChud Also you can study for an IQ test, I scored around 135 in middle school and so many of the questions were just cultural stuff if I remember correctly. Probably would have probably scored way lower if I went to a different school district or took different classes

Ray peat is muddlehead. As if he has never read Nietzsche. He is placing moral constraints on the activity of the will. ‘flowing into new territory discovering new things and enlivening the world that’s being created’ is also assertiveness seen from other perspective.

Ray Peat on Nietzsche and the will to power. I think what many refer to as assertiveness, force, or imposing will, is more accurately the effortless flow of energy.

Nietzsche on the striver: This need for the noble is fundamentally different from the needs of the noble soul itself, and in fact an eloquent and dangerous sign of its lack.

Constantly ruminating over one’s own mistakes or defects is a terrible habit. Accusing oneself, mocking oneself, punishing oneself all have one purpose which is to set oneself up as superior to the self that sinned through being one’s own judge and critic.

Nietzsche was reluctant to name people as ubermensch. He always praised Borgia, Caesar and others but never called any ubermensch. I think calling anyone ‘bronze age’ is wrong from same reason. The anti convention turned into another convention. Quite funny.
