She’s talking about spray deodorant here. Of course there are many toxic ingredients other than the benzene in common mainstream bath products, but this is one that is in most propellants. You shouldn’t be spraying chemicals at your armpits just to try to smell better.

Take two fingers and press quite strongly on the bottom middle part (where the red crosses are). You should feel it release all the way around your eye. Hold for a couple mins, then repeat around other parts of the Orbicularis Oculi. Powerful stuff. 👁️
