Another lesson guy having a day! @alexsyska 3-3 with ✌🏼 doubles. Lotta💰things in this swing. Tight load with space, maintains stretch into landing, stays behind the lead leg, stops hips at contact, allows barrel delivery to extension. Superb balance 👊🏼 incredibly athletic kid

No MLB pitcher has thrown >3IP yet, but high school arms threw complete games in FL this week. And, the HS kids will be playing fall ball four weeks after the World Series ends. The first "fix" for the injury epidemic is more about math and common sense than cutting-edge ideas.
