Either I get up and immediately get after it and feel great, or I don’t.
People drastically underestimate how much one single hour per day on 1-2 needle-moving tasks can compound. It doesn't feel like much each day, and it can be demotivating, but sometimes an hour is all you have, and 365+ hours can build something incredible.

I love quality outputs, but the extended reasoning models mess with my focus. Maybe X and YT have fried my attention span, but I prefer more, smaller, instant responses that keep me locked in over essays I have to wait 30-60s for. My eyes start wandering to fill the time.

Ayn Rand was a fork in the road for me.
@WorldAndScience Atlas Shrugged, by far. It taught me agency, and to view seeming contradictions as opportunities to discover deeper truths, which in turn taught me to write and think clearly.
