Ta-Nehisi Coates wasn't just "critical of Israel." He claimed that if he lived in Gaza he would have joined the Hamas terrorists and participated in the October 7th massacre. But I guess that fact would not align with Glenn's narrative on the Joooos at CBS News.

I would never have guessed that Larry Ellison's son and Bari Weiss would chose a guy who is a fanatical supporter of Israel, who was married to an Israeli, and who accused Ta-Nehisi Coates of being a terrorist for writing a book critical of Israel, as the next CBS News anchor.🇮🇱

The UN is pretty outraged that Israel raided UNRWA’s East Jerusalem office. They weren’t nearly this outraged to learn that UNRWA employees took part in the October 7 massacre and the kidnapping of Israelis.

Meet Asher and Yonatan Palmer. On September 23, 2011, Asher Palmer was driving on Route 60 when a Palestinian hurled a large rock through his windshield. He crashed and was killed with his infant son upon impact. Rocks kill. These aren’t pebbles.

Yes those are the only two options: either you kill a teenager for throwing a rock or you fail to prevent a mass casualty event with a runaway car. This is the same in London. These kids were famously executed on the spot to prevent a mass terror event. Hey it’s democracy ok? /s

We all owe Justice Jackson a debt of gratitude for demonstrating that anyone can be a Supreme Court Justice, even those with no legal no historical or knowledge, a complete lack of erudition, and grave mental limitations.

At the Slaughter argument, Justice Jackson suggested independent agencies are typically run by experts. But if you look at the bios of recent commissioners, almost all are lawyers or former Hill staffers. I doubt the value of expertise that can magically be satisfied by a JD.

3. This case is just one more exhibit in the long indictment of how we regulate elections; as the Manhattan Institute argued in our amicus brief, authored by former FEC chairman @CommishSmith, Congress lacks any authority to regulate political speech in the first place.
