Ta-Nehisi Coates wasn't just "critical of Israel." He claimed that if he lived in Gaza he would have joined the Hamas terrorists and participated in the October 7th massacre. But I guess that fact would not align with Glenn's narrative on the Joooos at CBS News.
I would never have guessed that Larry Ellison's son and Bari Weiss would chose a guy who is a fanatical supporter of Israel, who was married to an Israeli, and who accused Ta-Nehisi Coates of being a terrorist for writing a book critical of Israel, as the next CBS News anchor.🇮🇱

At the Slaughter argument, Justice Jackson suggested independent agencies are typically run by experts. But if you look at the bios of recent commissioners, almost all are lawyers or former Hill staffers. I doubt the value of expertise that can magically be satisfied by a JD.
