Here's the response I just got back from 7aQuestions@sba.gov: "The purchaser may individually purchase 85% of the selling entity, but the purchaser may not be a holding company and the transaction may not take the form of an asset sale."

LOI fell through. Couldn't agree on a final purchase agreement and I lost enthusiasm for a $1m rev company in a tertiary market. Back in search mode - trying to keep it within 1 hr of Minneapolis and above $500k in earnings.

Based on what we've seen in the #January6th Committee, it's clear to me that as President, Donald Trump tried to overturn the election result. It is both breathtaking and chilling. Never in my lifetime would I have imagined a President of the United States doing this.
