Good evening. The entire #Bicol and Eastern #Visayas regions are now under Signal #1, even though #UwanPH πŸŒ€has just touched PAR. This may intensify as it moves above Bicol and is expected to make landfall in Northern #Luzon. To our brothers and sisters in Luzon, please stay safe!

#Pennsylvania also had two statewide D vs. R races for the Commonwealth and Superior Courts. Both Democratic candidates won by double digits. Those who voted on Election Day (about three-fourths of the total) broke narrowly for the Dem candidates: Tsai+0.31%, Neuman+0.90%.

Democrats in the Keystone State defended their 5–2 Supreme Court majority last night after three incumbents were retained by voters, each by a margin of at least 20 points. This came despite Trump’s late push for the β€œNo” campaign. #PennsylvaniaπŸ§‘β€βš–οΈ

In VA this year, we heard a lot about potential ticket-splitting. This shows the % gap between the best (usually Spanberger) and worst-performing (usually Jones) statewide Dems by precinct. The gap was less than 10 percentage points in more than 70% of precincts.

Basically every country with a statewide election on Tuesday shifted toward Democrats, with the shift driven by both differential partisan turnout patterns and persuasion (looks like 30% turnout 70% persuasion in NJ and VA) https://t.co/ZFr4J742OQ

What are the chances that YES to 50 will beat Harris, Newsom, Biden (+9) and Clinton in Orange county altogether? Current tally is Yes+9.2.

Democrats enjoyed a strong election performance last night. Aside from wins in New Jersey and Virginia. Prop. 50 will pass in California, which has prompted us to move several House ratings their way.
