Haven’t used the swingmeter🗺️ for a while! If we match their favorability ratings, the maps show 14 city/province flips to Robredo, and one each to Pacquiao (Negros Oriental) and Moreno (Manila). In Map 1, Metro Manila will be a battleground: Marcos 46%, Robredo 38%
The administration's midterm loss was tied with the President's unpopularity Three years later, the first majoritarian president has an underwater 39% favorability rating vs. his primary challenger, at 56%. I contacted the IRI for crosstabs, hoping for more details soon!📊

The Cordilleras may be diverse, but their provinces have relatively smaller populations, which would result in at-large districts only. However, this might be useful when redrawing provincial legislatures, as provinces with lone CDs are given two districts in their local legis.

Ever wonder about the massive liberal/progressive swings in Metro Manila this 2025? This was largely a continuation of the 2016 to 2022 trend. Despite the Vice President's overall decrease in vote share in 2022, NCR trended in the opposite direction. @DeusXMachina14 @QuingAndre
