As a community we need to be more accurate when we're talking about DRAM.
A kit of DDR4-3600 runs at 3600 MT/s, that's megatransfers per second, not MHz. It actually runs at 1800 MHz, and does two transfers per Hz (hence why its called Double Data Rate, DDR).
