Today, I launched Manas AI –– a full stack AI company setting out to shift drug discovery from a decade-long process to one that takes a few years; bringing life-saving treatments to patients faster than ever.

In her latest study, Stanford GSB Professor Jennifer Eberhardt analyzed footage gathered from police bodycams to see whether language cues would predict if a car stop ended with an arrest or search. It turns out that they do—and quickly.
