Great point. For those who can't access therapy (economic, geographic, or other reasons), a well-made AI therapist is better than no access to mental health support.
@reidhoffman Or in the case of therapy specifically, anyone who's ever gone through finding a therapist knows just how incredibly difficult and frustrating the process is. From no availability, to really mediocre therapists, or just calls that go unanswered. AI beats that 90% of the time.
