We’d love to talk to BBC Woman’s Hour about our report on sexual assaults and voyeurism in leisure centres which have mixed-sex changing facilities. We’re sure it would be of great interest to your listeners. So, please, let’s make it happen … @BBCWomansHour @itsanitarani

For those interested in this tribunal: John Naples-Campbell, a deputy head-teacher and drag queen, has complained about clinical psychologist, Dr Anne Woodhouse, who he thinks “liked” some tweets that were gender critical. 🙄🤡🧐

For clarity, an ET judgment only binds parties in a particular case & does not make case law as some would have it. Plus a lower court can't overrule a higher court so anyone viewing Peggie or Kelly judgments as an insight into what the SC 'really meant' is talking mince!

My friend, @legalgengar, is dealing with a vexatious lunatic. I, and others, don't believe him to still be on bail but he is respecting the process. One condition effectively bars him from raising funds for his own defence. Which is here: https://t.co/PHZVLSMWnp

A judge has decided that access to women’s spaces can depend on how “feminine” a man looks. Clothes. Makeup. Hair. @michaelpforan is clear that this goes against the law on single sex spaces based on biological sex. Women’s safety cannot depend on a costume. 🎁

This article describes Upton with explanation he’s a biological male who identifies as a woman. But Robin M White as a “transwoman” Depressing inconsistency and ambiguity.

It is genuinely astonishing to read a judgment where an employment tribunal judge misquotes the UK Supreme Court. Not paraphrases. Not summarises. Misquotes.

This is an incredibly disturbing bit of misrepresentation by the tribunal judge. He edits a line from the FWS judgment (black background) to remove the word "trans" from "trans woman", and then cuts the - very important - rest of the sentence. https://t.co/QObPErVgsv

The Times on the Peggie judgment: “several of the citations used to support the judgment's conclusions are at best wildly misleading and, in some cases, possibly entirely fake.” A serious allegation requiring IMHO an urgent judicial response to maintain public trust in the law.
