Our lead came up with the FABULOUS idea of ‘the masked reader’ for world book day. Each teacher will record themselves reading the blurb of a book with a filter. A montage is created and the children have to guess who the masked reader is! I think I’m more excited than the kids🤣

I am sold and converted that this is the way forward for students’ written answers. One named slide for each student, easy to check students’ work, show-call work and crucially simple for all. Thanks @bull_imogen @LAshford5 @brucewilson283

If you learn languages, you’re learning intercultural awareness, communication & negotiation skills, training & mentoring, empathy & even codebreaking & decryption - transferable skills to complement almost any other discipline. There’s no such thing as “just a linguist”.

I’ve found this really useful when live streaming lessons for students I can continue sharing my PPT & not have to swap between different windows to model work. Whilst I love my visualiser, jumping between them with students are in front of you & at home for me was very finickity
