It’s been a while… Summer hols are always hard no matter how much I try the routine is out the window and the kids are all over the place! This week Reenie did her first full day at nursery and loved it! Rueben went back to school after 6wks of hell and also loved it!

So @BritishGas won’t reduce my DD despite me being in minimal debit, never missed a payment. Then they continue to apply pressure when I say I will cancel my DD with this!!! Complete joke!!! @MartinSLewis how can they completely refuse to reduce my DD??

HELP!! Can anyone recommend someone who can write me a PAP letter to my LA. They have halved the funding on my daughters EHCP 2 weeks before she is due to start nursery no explanation other than setting not being maintained!!

EHCP states as per pic. I’ve found a wonderful CIC Pre School but apparently LA won’t give them the full funding stated on EHCP cos they’re not maintained 🤷🏻♀️ Makes no sense to me at all!! Any advice? anyone? LA are just not explaining why

Yesterday my 2yr olds draft EHCP landed in my inbox 😮 we are on week 25 but that’s better than the 52 it took for my sons. I don’t hate the plan it’s more than I thought she would get. I’m taking this as a win and will prepare for the fight when the time comes for school 🥂

Week 16/20 2x deadlines missed, no advice sought and 2nd formal complaint now logged! @Derbyshirecc think this is an acceptable response from their EP 🤦🏻♀️ I mean who the hell is working in their SENd Dept right now because they clearly have no idea on what is lawful!

3/3 the only input they have sought is that of a stand in HV who has met my daughter twice. What the hell is going on??? my sons EHCP took 364 days to finalise (without tribunal) I have a feeling this time will mean a big legal battle with these monsters!! I am ready! @EddieBisk

2/3 She is 2 and has never set foot in a nursery she doesn’t have good mobility is awaiting urgent spinal surgery, has development delay and a list of very complex diagnosis, but @Derbyshirecc think they can just ignore my requests and fail another one of my children 😡

1/3 Week 16 of my daughters EHCP NA on Friday. Despite formal written requests for specific professional assessments none have been arranged. My daughter has a team of 37 professionals that including neurosurgeons, cardiologist, SALt, OT, Physio the list goes on but here we are
