Full length human Nav yield in HEK cells is low and graphene grids ended up being a great alternative to drastic changes to the prep or construct.

We also saw some large movements of the linker leading to VSDI and took advantage of graphene grids to get massive amounts of particles imaged from very little starting culture. 🥶🔬
