Oh & to all the Motability haters, my wheelchair cost £6500 & my power attachment cost £6500. How much government input in that amount? £0. But hey make me pay VAT on that amount too, just so I can move around.

Your regular reminder that no one gets a free car. Those who are awarded the higher mobility element of PIP or DLA are eligible to use that money to lease a car and often have to pay a large deposit not covered by benefits. When their entitlement ends the car goes back.
