This morning we have been representing Rainbows and Brownies in the #HerneBay #RemembranceSunday parade and service in the memorial park. #girlguiding

Delighted that I am still gaining girl guiding badges as an MP. Particularly poignant as the 1st female MP for Epsom & Ewell as this year @Girlguiding and @PoppyLegion remember the efforts of women who have broken barriers.

It was a pleasure to meet Brownies and others from @Girlguiding in Parliament earlier this week. Today is International Day of the Girl - a great opportunity to show people that women and girls belong in places like Parliament to drive positive change.

Happy International Day of the Girl! 🌟 We know girls can do anything, but that's not always represented in everyday life. So we recreated AI images to show that gender stereotypes won't stop us! AI might not always show girls what they're capable of... but Girlguiding does 💙

With 22nd Walthamstow Brownies and our advocates Hilary and Millie, we spoke to lots of MPs about everything from appearance pressures to our favourite games. We also had plenty of dance breaks ✌️

Yesterday we spent the day in Parliament, chatting to decision makers about our Girls' Attitudes Survey and the issues girls face in their everyday lives. We also handed out lots of International Day of the Girl and Black History Month badges! 🌟
