Although I missed it this year due to being with my one-month-old baby, 👶 I was keeping abreast of events and announcements coming out of Labour Conference and there were plenty to get excited about! Here are some of my personal highlights. 🌹

Buying a home should be a dream, not a nightmare. Our plans to fix the homebuying process will save first-time buyers £710 on average and cut weeks off the process. This Government is putting money back into working people's pockets.

I’m appalled by the attack at a synagogue in Crumpsall. The fact that this has taken place on Yom Kippur, the holiest day in the Jewish calendar, makes it all the more horrific. My thoughts are with the loved ones of all those affected, and my thanks go to the emergency

A Britain built for all.
