I am fed up of the relentless focus on internal delays, earlier discharge, AM discharge. We already have SDEC, hot clinic, hospital at home. Minimal gains to be made. Why not sorting root of issue? Social care. Therapy. Stepdown beds. Care home beds. Proactive community care?
