@GPViewUK Can be done without prescription @bloodsugardiet and @changinghealth i lost 18 lbs in 10 weeks reversed my diabetes before nhs services even kicked in but had @HollyHart94 as my health coach. Have maintained 4 a year. I'll write u a blog when i get abit of time
