The 'Accessibility Roadmap' was finally released this week, accompanying the Railways Bill. It was supposed to be a long-term plan with timescales to full rail accessibility, as demanded by the @TransportCttee. Instead, the Roadmap: ā¾ļø Includes just minor commitments until 2027

The results of the public 'Pathways to Work' consultation (such as it was) may be published in the next few weeks. It would seem they are less confident in their policy ideas and their chance of success after we defeated their PIP changes.

DPO Forum co-chairs met DWP secretary of State Pat McFadden recently. They were told there would be no White Paper. DWP will makes individual changes, some like sanctions, changes for young people, contributory benefit, will need primary legislation. Others, like AtW will not.
