BREAKING - DC has officially suspended @thebigboarddc liquor license. They are still open serving food and soft drinks but appear to be adhering to the requirement not to serve, sell, or allow consumption of alcohol.
BREAKING - The @DCGov_ABRA ABC Board voted to issue a summary suspension to @thebigboarddc. The DC Office of Attorney General (@AGKarlRacine) still may need to draft & issue a notice, to be signed by the Board chair, and then served on the bar before the suspension is effected.

UPDATE: The Big Board was issued a $1,000 fine last night for staff not wearing masks. They were also issued a written warning last night for not checking patrons for proof of vaccination and not posting mask signage.

NEW: My office filed a complaint against Express Homebuyers for sending letters to District homeowners falsely claiming that they owe past due property taxes and need to act quickly to prevent losing their home. If you have received one of these letters, disregard it.
