No joke on the sleet being heavier and harder to shovel away 😮💨
The snow/sleet is heavy, move it with care 📷 We’ve been reminding folks to shovel, and it’s caused a bit of a debate. A main reason we are pushing to do so early and often is that sleet is very heavy. As of noon, D.C. had picked up 1.13 inches of liquid (melted snow/sleet)

Union Market is well-stocked. Meat, seafood, cheese/dairy, etc. Mexican Fruits on 4th St for produce.

Wanna avoid epic grocery lines? Hit Union Market, A. Literri, etc. Just grabbed pasta + sauce, desserts (Lillian Nathalie & 300 Grados), crackers/dairy/ice cream (Creamery), dips (Mastiha), hummus & cheese (Almaala), chips and guac (Takorean), seafood (Fishwife) with no lines.
