I did the Bob Marley House Tour recently and I enjoyed it so much. My fave part was getting to see his hand written notes, one of his worn denim jackets and his truck. I was too excited about the truck. If you haven’t yet done it, you should. Great experience!

Went out to eat tonight and when I was about to swipe my card to pay the bill I asked my waiter if I should pay him his tip through the machine if he would get it. He told me that when it’s done like that the restaurant takes 20% of it.

Strawberry fields is one of my fave spots in Jamaica. I enjoy the scenery and how peaceful it is. But you see that water, from the first time I went there I knew it wasn’t to be played with. Even as a strong enough swimmer I don’t do too much in it.

These reverse kickbacks are one of my fave glute focus exercise. Based on how you position it can also target your hamstrings more than the glutes. Still trying to master the perfect form but I’ve definitely seen the benefits of this exercise.
