The other day i had an issue with my account and i had to call

Customer service. Guess what,the rep was actually able to assist me. She was so patient and kind. She didn't want me to wait too long so she opted to call me back in 15mins.
When she said that I said to myself, 'i will have to call back because customer service reps never return calls'...hello!!!I was shook!she called me back in 10mins and she sent me an email and waited on the line to ensure i received said email.
Ten minutes after i got off the phone with her the issue was fixed!!! Listen,I was so impressed. I wish I wrote down her name. But I say all that to solidify my point that JMMB customer service is next to none.

Well,I have worked in customer service. But apart from that I believe customer service is at the core of whatever it is we do. Once you are working with ppl customer service is vital.
