This is great but that’s not what I’m talking about. I’m talking about finger pointing, asking about friends and family, dissecting people’s posts etc. why would I not want us to have conversations that promote awareness?
The conversations are useful to let people know they aren’t alone in their thoughts. Having SI and depression, specifically persistent depressive disorder, makes people feel like there is no hope. Normalizing conversations and having a space for people to is paramount to healing.
