These reverse kickbacks are one of my fave glute focus exercise. Based on how you position it can also target your hamstrings more than the glutes. Still trying to master the perfect form but I’ve definitely seen the benefits of this exercise.

@FitBecks Love these too but I use to hate doing them on this machine. Our gym got the machine for it and I was so happy.

@cee_suella I have seen the machine at other gyms and I am so envious. Doing it on the smith machine can be a challenge, it took me so long to get it right.

@FitBecks I sometimes hook a dumbell in my knee and do it single leg, good for rehabbing the low back too
