My therapist told me that if you’re expecting one person to fulfill all your needs as a partner/best friend/things in common/ etc you’re on borrowed time. You NEED friends and people in your life. That’s why the 90% thing seems off to me. 60/40 seems more realistic to me.

Go to the gyn and ask for a trans vaginal ultrasounds this happened to me for a year and they found benign tumors making me bleed out and that I had PCOS. Praying you get answers and relief! Also there’s a medication that can temporarily stop you from bleeding!

I had to completely re-curate my feed when I was in recovery. Jumped into the body positivity movement/intuitive eating followed all of them. Followed girls with similar builds. Then therapy/ssri meds did the rest! Took about 1.5 years but I consider myself cured. You got this❤️

Your research is outdated :) fat isn’t a cause, fat is usually a symptom. A symptom that something else might be an issue. Like say a hormonal imbalance, high glucose or sodium levels. All things you can have while being thin. High metabolism doesn’t mean healthy!

When I was a pharmacy tech we tried to do this constantly because back then it was like $600 for uninsured, we put the generic and insurance freaked out so we’d call the doctor for authorization and SOMETIMES they’d say sure. None of them are seeing heaven.
