Thank you to the wonderful magazine Dyrefondet for featuring my research on the origins of dogs. It's such a pleasure to reach the larger community of animal lovers who may wonder how their beloved pets evolved

I could not be prouder of EvoMorphoLab student Anne Hansen, who was selected to present her dodo work at the prestigious Videnskabsgalla https://t.co/neILqgZtFC. Anne is a natural storyteller, captivating the audience with her reconstructions of dodo foraging ecology

Yesterday our group had the pleasure of hearing @HortaQuentin's research on lacertid lizards - the group I studied for my PhD over 12 years ago! This just shows that lacertids never go out of style...🦎🦎🦎

New insights into the inner ears of my favourite limbless burrowing reptiles - amphisbaenians, or "beanies" as we lovingly call them. See here for more https://t.co/XQ77W7r4b5

Last week I attended my old school Lund University's architecture student vernissage, based on a course I taught in called 'Gestaltningsprocess och prototyp'. This year's theme was DJUR, for which they designed furniture or objects related to our interactions with other animals

I never get tired of @Scincomancer's gorgeous lizard drawings! See our new paper to find out what happens to lizard pectoral and pelvic girdles when they lose their limbs and start swimming in sand.
How do lizard skeletons adapt to the evolutionary reduction of limbs? https://t.co/Dx2hK05mkf

Happy to report that MSc student Christoffer Hviid got the highest mark for his thesis on wolf recolonisation of northwestern Europe, synthesising nearly 100 papers on wolf ecology & management. Wolves are back and here to stay, and he has lots of ideas to promote our coexistence

PhD student @BlomStine presented a poster at this year's @ESHE_society conference in Croatia, introducing her original CT dataset of hominid bones. Glasses hanging down on the sides let people see a hand and scapula in 3D!

We welcome our new postdoc @RicardoAranda44, cosupervised with @ras_nielsen as part of our @VILLUMFONDEN project Stochastic Morphometry. Ricardo will study bird beak evolution (like in this kākāpō) using methods developed by our @CCEM_ucph team.
