But no further investigation? If AM Gibbs feels comfortable speaking like this on the Assembly floor to his colleagues, what does he feel comfortable saying behind closed doors, perhaps to staffers? This shouldn't be the end of the investigation.

I need to remind folks that it gets worse than this. This is his lawyer who has been receiving tens of millions of dollars of taxpayer money to legally abuse all of the women he sexually harassed.

“And I know, because I wrote the sexual harassment laws in New York State. My blood, sweat and tears, not yours.” Um, pretty sure Harassment-Free NY and NELA NY were the ones to write the laws Cuomo signed and then violated but sure, Melissa, you take the credit.

A reminder that Lis helped orchestrate the massive smear campaign against the women Cuomo sexually harassed. Lis never apologized for it. She just made excuses. Don’t fall for her attempt to pump her image by taking a picture with our future mayor.

If Cuomo wants Zohran to give up his apartment, he should repay the $20M in taxpayer funds spent on his legal warfare against the women he sexually harassed. Imagine how many single moms could benefit from that $20M!

Similar to Charlotte, Brittany’s settlement bans her from working in the Gov’s office (until 2030). This is solely a victim-blaming requirement & should never be allowed. Harassment-Free NY has a bill to ban “blackball clauses,” and we’ll work hard to get it passed next year.

Any investigation of workplace sexual harassment must not only be thorough, speedy & independent—it must also be survivor centered. Knowing how others who have come forward were treated in the past, I hope the person who made the complaint gets the support & guidance they deserve
