New job alert! My lab ( https://t.co/fr0xyOii05) has a new postdoc / senior postdoc opening. They will be part of an exciting research supported by ERC & UKRI, studying vision during navigation. Projects range from purely computational to performing new physiological recordings.

[4/5] Our latest addition is a tracking module that uses simple rules to determine whether a neuron is present in each recording. While some neurons appear and disappear, other neurons were tracked across months!

[3/5] UnitMatch uses only the neurons’ spike waveform to track them across many days. This works really well with high-density probes such as #Neuropixels, where the spikes are visible across many recording sites.
