Responding to implementation-time concerns, we now have community examples! For example, “expectations for working hours, remote working, and vacation” already has 8 examples across 4 countries. https://t.co/D9GhrOnpye Adapt policies to suit your lab and add your examples!

Commitments were rated as highly important for lab culture, but with extremely low implementation rates (< 25%). This highlights both the need, and potential impact, of our handbook throughout academia.

Every commitment was evaluated by more than 200 community members, including over 100 group leaders, across career stages, fields, and countries. Feedback was used to further improve the handbook, featured in full on our website. https://t.co/RpDwbHnORJ
