I am so pleased to report that the intractable pain patient’s bill passed the MN HHS Senate Committee unanimously. Dr. Darnall’s testimony was key to this process, as was that of other speakers and bill sponsors. This is the result of excellent patient advocacy in MN. 💐

@aander1987 @MedicalCareLWW @this We both know that the obvious sometimes is not considered by policymakers who often request to see "the evidence." It is sad it has to be this reactive instead of taking proactive approaches for health policymaking that prevents harm to patients 😑

Contrary to Erika Girardi's attorney's attempt to pass this off as some minor error, 31 days have passed since we exposed the suspension. The FTB just supplied us w/ a current status letter dated for today. This entity is her main line of defense in the case we filed against her.

@BethDarnall Is this the same Dr. Sullivan who has industry and litigation conflicts of interest, including but not limited to hundreds of thousands of dollars in expert witness fees, patents on opioid tapering devices and medications, which involved obtaining millions in venture-capital?

@Pain_Speaking @SeptemberDresan I definitely think it’s worth everybody who needs a new option to give it a try. Even the one hour infusion might be a better option than not trying at all.

@Pain_Speaking @SeptemberDresan I’m still using the nasal spray to break up the really bad rounds that go on for days and days. I know it’s such a luxury that I’m even getting a break sometimes. For the first year or so, it was constant, draining beyond description, and so very difficult.
