STOP PUNISHING PAIN PATIENTS, and their doctors. Stop skewing the stats in DEAs favor. DEA is responsible for the deflection AWAY FROM cartels and fentanyl. Pain patients are low hanging fruit. DEA are COWARDS as there’s no danger in attacking PPs. DEA is IN W/CARTELS IMHO.

For all other painful conditions it's not recommended, yet it's forced on people who were stable on RX opioids & force-tapered off of them. By the millions. #OpioidsSaveLives

Personal experience: I was RXd nearly 2,400mgs of ER/IR morphine per day 1999-2005 & wasn't pain mgd. I now take less than 1% of that dose, right opioid for me, stable 14yrs. Even different types of opioids can have different efficacy. We deserve individual tx.
