So despite two journeys in two days last week with @CrossCountryUK where I had to stand in intense heat all I get in return is an apology saying their contract with @transportgovuk limits the number of trains they can use ?? And they canāt add carriages as they donāt have any!!.

Shocking service from @CrossCountryUK on two days Stood from Birmingham to York and vice versa today for Ā£165 return Disgraceful 4 carriages when trains either side cancelled on the hottest day of the year
