Great talk by @amalmattu to @EMUofT. 1) STEMI criteria misses many Acute Coronary Occlusions. 2) @smithECGBlog’s Modified Sgarbossa Criteria can identify ACO in LBBB and ventricular paced rhythms. 3) RBBB produces anterior STD so ACO can produce relative STE that is STEMI(-)
