Article 16 makes clear the UK can take unilateral action if there are “serious economic, societal or environmental difficulties or diversion of trade”. All are now present in Northern Ireland.

How ridiculous. EU in its modern form didn't come into existence till ~1993. The peace was kept by NATO, the UN and Council of Europe providing talking spaces and dialogues open and indeed the memory of the horrors of WW2. There are arguments against brexit but this isn't it.
Over 70 years of peace brought to you by European nations working together, by the EU. That’s what we’re turning our back on.

Australia has trade agreements with multiple partners. If the UK leaves with no deal it will have the most basic WTO trade terms with the whole world.... Like Afghanistan. From "oven ready deal" to the Afghanistan option in one year. 😡
