Chartwell's is the private corporation that has a near monopoly on cafeteria food in prisons, hospitals, and schools. And you can tell they started out as a prison food company, not that prisoners deserve this garbage either of course.
I used to get so upset when I worked at an inpatient hospital and once a week was “mac and cheese night”. Mac and cheese is not a meal!!!!!!!!! This is not nutritious!! These photos are what hospital food looks like all around the country.
