Discussions on this tomorrow at #lmcconf, hope we can make some progress on this.
A salaried GP day in 2022 is actually 3 sessions of work but is counted as 2 in all employee calculations. The real world attrition of GPs from primary care is because of a mathematical error on the civil service side @DHSCgovuk @sajidjavid @Jeremy_Hunt @NHSEngland @rcgp @BMA_GP.
