19 yo vaccinated 60 days ago sick now with nausea, vomiting, sore throat & headache. Exam shows stiff ribcage, swollen liver, stiff thoracic spine, hot head & light cough. Weight 210 lbs. Tx: erythromycin 500 mg po bid x 10 days with boron 6 mg po bid on empty stomach.

I heard it through the grapevine: some physicians are using once-a-week 'Rapamycin' 2 mg to 4 mg or 6 mg as tolerated for MECFS & Long Covid. Let me know what you have heard. It comes from a streptomyces and is used to prevent organ rejection via mTORC1.
