KERLINSKY POSTULATES
1. Post-Covid Syndrome is a Biophysical Disorder. 2. Spike Protein Affects and Becomes Part of Structural Matrix of the Body. 3. Genetic Mutations of the Spike Protein Affect Distribution of Spike Protein Throughout the Organ Stems.
Dr. Topol warns us about Omicron BA.5 evading immunity and now has become 50% of new cases. Dr. Lewis warns us of the torturous clinical manifestation. I'm warning that untreated BA.2 disrupting the blood-brain barrier makes BA.5 much more injurious to the brain.
Surprise! Covid incubates in the mucus and goblet cells of the small intestine indefinitely- and seeds spike and virus to the liver and throughout the body.
Just when you think Covid-19 variant illness is not going to get any worse: The New Wave of October 2023 preferentially attacks the frontal lobes of the brain.
FLASH! BREAKING NEWS: US INSURANCE COMPANIES NOW REJECTING MEDICAL CLAIMS FOR TREATMENT OF POST-VIRAL FATIGUE SYNDROMES. G93.3 Rejected as of October 1, 2022!
"SIGNS NOT SYMPTOMS DEFINE OMICRON XBB.1.16" Outpatient physician finds 4-out-of-5 children examined today have hot, swollen kidneys, liver, and brain. Lethargy, agitation, and emotional regression together predict neuropsychiatric sequelae.
These White Matter Scans are what I asked Peter Marks MD - FDA Director of Vaccines - to study on 20 patients before final approval of MRNA Vaccines. Spike Protein Causes Myelin Meltdown.
"SARS-CoV-2 may gain access to specific regions of the central nervous system, especially the vagal nuclei of the medulla and the substantia nigra in the midbrain." Autopsy findings from 2020 and 2021 confirm likelihood of viral access through brainstem fenestrations of BBB.
@fitterhappierAJ
I have seen two children with the new strain and it is three times worse. Massive swollen liver (nausea and lethargy). Massive swollen brain ( impaired cognition, motivation, emotion and communication). Nebulized asthma med, Budesonide, does help.
Does it bother anyone that we are nearly four years into a plague of a 'NOVEL' Coronavirus with 72 rapidly-mutating SPIKES and there is so little SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH into "HOW THE HUMAN BODY BREAKS DOWN AND EXCRETES SPIKE PROTEIN?
@PaulMinotMD
Add one capsule of minocycline 50 mg at bedtime along with one tablet of clemastine fumarate 2.68 mg. You'd be surprised 1-3 months later. There's no money for Pharma in old generic meds. Right now all of humanity has brain inflammation, post-inflammatory & demyelination effects.
WHITE MATTER DAMAGE Equivalent To SEVEN YEARS OF AGING 289 Days After Mild to Moderate Covid: "Brain imaging and neuropsychological assessment of individuals recovered from a mild to moderate SARS-CoV-2 infection | PNAS"
@PaulMinotMD
Two treatable pathophysiological processes have been ignored by psychiatry - treating CNS inflammation and treating demyelination. These are palpable but psychiatrists are not taught to examine the head and feel what a healthy brain feels like- and what we can add to recovery.
CANCER AND COVID: Two Cases Back-To-Back today show spike protein polymer adhesion fixating three tumors and creating inflammation and stiffness in organs, connective tissue, and bone nearby.
Two weeks into the school year here we are finding our elementary, middle and high schoolers coming down sick. Temporal lobes warm, brainstem stuck, varying heat patterns from the rest of the cortex. Liver & small intestine inflammation mild so far.
Cry a little and drop to one knee to pray: 11 y.o. with hx. of chronic ear infection presents after psychiatric hospitalization for sudden surge in dramatic physical aggression. Classic long-omicron signs on exam: swollen right small intestine & right upper liver.
We need a left frontal lobe to think through the steps of getting something done - and to anticipate the consequences that may follow. Hello, U.S. House of Representatives !
Covid Causes Much More than Brain Fog. What makes is so hard for doctors and journalists to say that 72 billion spike proteins can be in your brain, skull and meninges after 24 hours? This time the meningitis and bilateral temporal lobe inflammation...
"Arcturus seems to produce a 'wet' inflammation pattern. This suggests Arcturus spike-protein polymer bonds have less adhesive power" Dr. Kerlinsky says. "But this is the first direct, immediate attack on the kidney." Long-term kidney damage is unpredictable.
Four child patients and one adult this week with swollen, stuck, hot kidneys and cranial meningeal heat all across the top of the head. So I think these may be the pathognomonic signs of some new variant. Kidney swelling has not been an early-onset sign in other waves.
"In one day I saw as much 'fresh' covid infection as I had seen in the previous week" says child psychiatrist Daniel Kerlinsky M.D. from Albuquerque. "This is more than the last two months of February and March."
@thelasthope25
Good question. Blood-brain barrier damage, infection, antibodies, white blood cell killing brain cells and doesn't clean itself up in 8 weeks. These can be life-long injuries . I haven't seen weeks of BA.5 to see if the injuries expands from prior damage regions or are new.
Try palpating. The right small intestine stays swollen longer. Peristalsis is inhibited by spike binding actin beneath the microvilli. The portal circulation lifts the infection snd spike up to the uppef right liver.
From Eric Topol: ACTH should increase if cortisol is low, but it didn’t, which tells us the Long Covid individuals have a hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis (HPA) dysfunction. Low cortisol has been noted previously with chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) but this is the first
Ask your Congressional Candidates: "Do you support full health care and disability benefits for Americans with Long-Covid? Will you vote to audit Managed Care Organizations and insist insurance companies meet their full responsibilities?"
@jberube22
Remyelination is easy with clemastine 2.68 mg by mouth at bedtime. It is an old antihistamine with slight muscarinic (anticholinergic) activity found by UCSF Neurology 8 years ago to restore myelin in Multiple Sclerosis. It helps the whole brain and spinal cord.
Osasuna Liposomal Astaxanthin 24 mg caps seem to restore a gel layer missing above the brain and just under the skull. An algae molecule that is an anti-inflammatory -reported here as ‘soothing’ - reduces brain fog per patient report in a 3-year long covid case.
Substantia Nigra infection in the brainstem suggest progressive dopamine cell dysfunction and death. Clinical correlations might be: difficulty initiating behavior, flat affect (emotions), trouble with motivation, focus, follow-through, problem-solving, and feelings of reward snd
Medical students, nurse practitioners, and doctors-who-examine-patients: what is the urgency of treating this patient for covid? What treatment best fits the urgency for someone already prescribed sertraline & risperdal in the psychiatric hospital? ... with covid incubating?
Spike protein in the white matter fiber bundles becoming a 'bullet' blender of the myelin layers of lipids used to worry me. Antibodies cross/reacting to coronavirus and myelin proteins in MS scared me. Spike in the CSF lateral ventricles scared me. Now it is brain infection...
This is not as dramatic as the sudden hepatomegaly and total cerebral ventriculitis of Omicron BA.1. But it is spreading fast and is not asymptomatic. Write down symptoms; antigen tests from nose and PCR can miss this. I'll bet on school absences in weeks 3 & 4.
I've been teaching since 2021that spike protein causes profound early stiffness throughout the body in organs and connective tissue by blocking collagen piezomagnetic adaptability. Here it is: collagen in red, spike-induced fibroblast protein in green- polymerized as predicted
Here's a prediction: Delta and Omicron variant infections that have been happening in the two years since the patients in this study died in the hospital (2020 to Spring 2021) will have a much higher rate of brainstem infection
Repetitive battering of the blood-brain barrier at the fenestrations of the brainstem and hypothalamus allows virus in - where before entrance was limited to spike glycoprotein.
"Thus, the observation of high levels of viral-specific IgA at six months post-acute infection supports the hypothesis of continuous viral replication"
Auto-Immune Reaction from Cross-linking of Spike Protein with Myelin Protein was suspected as a cause of MS 25 years ago. Caution for nanoparticles crossing the Blood-Brain-Barrier and the Blood-CSF-Barrier was advised by Dr. Kerlinsky, especially after transverse myelitis cases.
Left temporal lobe entirely flattened from left lateral frontal lobe to anterior left occupit. Hypothalamic and bilateral vagus nerve nuclei brainstem fenestrations hot, tight & stiff. This is a temporal lobe blowout with spike protein polymer in the temporal and frontal bones.
The cerebellum infections reported will be found to increase .... after the lymphatic blockade and inflamed myelin flooding damage the dura and the blood brain barrier in the vertebral arteries, basilar arteries and cerebellar artery distribution regions.
@SuzieSm28138769
Erythromycin uncoated immediate-release 250 mg tabs taken with OTC Boron 6 mg by mouth 3 times a day for 10 to 14 days. Ask for 30 tabs with refill 3. Take on an empty stomach. Split your erythromycin tabes so the Boron binds more quickly to it in the stomach.
@ChadDigums
The mounting levels of organ restriction is true, not just for the hospitalized, or those with chronic fatigue and brain fog... but for all of us. Luckily, most of the palpable organ restriction is collagen stiffness; collagen is piezoelectric and can be released.
My protocol for Covid-19 and spike protein toxin in the small intestine includes Prucalopride, Boron 6 mg/Erythromycin 250 mg, Cholestyramine, Triphala, colonic hydrotherapy, and probiotics.
"Our results...demonstrated that COVID-19 patients, particularly those with PASC, display (i) higher levels of IFN-β and IFN-λ (this latter being associated with mucosal microbial defences) & (ii) specific anti-S IgA, which are short-lived...and mostly induced in mucosal tissues"
JN.1 infects the brain. I was hoping that fatigue would clear more readily in adults after Covid congestion, sore throat & GI inflammation. Then one of my 66 year-old patients walked in with a large 3.5 cm hot, packed area of the left frontal lobe with a flattened left thalamus.
You can see how brain surface inflammation and infection travels down the myelin lipid pathways and ends up concentrating at subcortical centers where some pathways connect. General Cortical-Spinal Damage falling down further toward the spinal cord is seen.
@JoseLaquidain
I haven't tried to identify it. Just in the past two weeks in New Mexico. The polymers are stacking on top of previous polymer stiffness and swelling from other rounds with Omicron. They stack like Lego blocks.
@Ecliptic_09
Spike protein primarily moves into 1: the collagen infrastructure that holds up the organ .. and 2: the collagen polymer structure of the extracellular matrix. Spike protein does not pool; it links with literally billions of other spike proteins into vast structures - like
Authors acknowledge strain of Covid was not identified in the study. Delta and Omicron BA.5 were found to be worse for demyelination in clinical examination of the cranium... but every Omicron mutation crosses the blood brain barrier with ease.
@AZMD_1
Yes... but different patterns with each mutation. Spike protein has varied-length propellor loops in the 'unstructured' regions of the protein. They spin and drive a propulsion effect.
@sometherapist
Do a search on my 'X' page. I've been posting for three years based on 6000 patient examinations and treatments - then finding the sources and theory to explain how to treat Spike Protein Polymer illness before it becomes permanent.
@fitterhappierAJ
The lateral ventricles are 'hugely' swollen. We know immunoglobulins are likely to be found in CSF. Oligoclonal Bands are likely. I think we have detached spike protein in the myelin now. Blood/Brain barrier is likely open.
Omicron XBB.1.16 'Arcturus' , currently in week four of spread through schoolchildren here, has the pathognomonic finding of full brain surface meningitis heat.
@HarrySpoelstra
Silly. We have a spread through children at school of a major wave that creates simultaneous meningitis, hepatitis, and gastroenteritis this week. And we're talking about something overseas coming later.
@drclairetaylor
Once we are comfortable assessing the liver, spleen, kidneys, small intestine, connective tissue, heart chambers, great vessels, lungs and brain by palpation... "mild" has to be replaced by "cumulative organ/tissue/system dysfunction."
@Yash25571056
The subcortical location shows massive demyelination and spread of infection through the cerebrospinal fluid including the ventricular system. Is it outrageous to suggest that every episode of Covid involving neurological symptoms should have been treated earlier & immediately?
Does anyone want to see what percussion vibration does to Covid-19 infection, inflammation, and stiffness? Or how about the activated electromagnetic field of collagen already in our body?
@HarrySpoelstra
Not only that. This wave is waking up Omicron BA.2 latent infection and creating another layer of myelitis in trapezius and neck muscles while demyelinating the cerebellar peduncle on one side.
Covid-19 was immediately different from anything I had palpated in 20 years of daily neurodevopmental therapy. In 2020 the foreheads of children were uniformly rock-hard, uniformly hot, and totally unresponsive to cranial therapy.
@drclairetaylor
Omicron BA.1 showed bilateral CSF inflammation/ventriculitis in the brain lasting 8-12 weeks. Omicron BA.2 showed disruption of the blood-brain barrier and assault on mid-frontals, brainstem and both temporal lobes with brain parenchymal infection. BA.5 is the 3rd CNS attack.
@fitterhappierAJ
Delta leaves gorilla glue-balls in the lungs that pull ribs out of place and grab for the spine and chambers of the heart, four months later you can still find it.
Boron, held by 4 oxygen atoms, tightens the macrolide structure of Erythromycin into a planar form that stops viral replication, chops spike protein, and adds an oxidative burst to blow-up covid in white blood cell phagosomes.
Prucalopride 1 mg by mouth daily restarts peristalsis. It is a 5-HTP4 serotonin agonist that strengthens swallowing muscles, stomach muscles, intestinal muscles and pelvic floor in about two weeks. Small intestine bloating goes away when contents can get past the ileocecal valve.
@LordOfTheYeti1
We've burned the bridge between feelings and thinking - the uncinate fasciculus between the temporal lobe and the frontal lobe - with all the covid-19 inflammation of the anterior temporal lobe. Inflammation melts myelin.
An international team led by Tomoki Markawa found Erythromycin had anti-inflammatory benefit in mucosal disease and in assisting recovery in the lungs.
@DrEricDing
@CDCgov
@CDCDirector
80% of children in my psychatric practice have come in with Omicron pathognomonic signs of a new wave in the last 4 weeks: swollen, hot livers, swollen, warm, tight kidneys, and cranial heat across the meninges and whole surface of the brain.
@Felice_Interim
Minocycline 50 mg po qhs is a good starting dose for CNS inflammation. Covid BA.2-5 variants are so deep in the brain that a nightly dose now may be more effective the episodic budesonide nebulized, auto inhaler or topical aural. Stop at first sign of rash and don't restart.
What Brain Magnetic Waves Really Look Like ... and why brain and cranial therapy to restore inflamed and demyelinated flattened regions is important for Long Covid.
@DrSyedHaider
Yup. The left temporal lobe is trying to tell a story of something that happened that affected your feelings and life story. But the words aren't coming out.
A simple, safe, antiviral natural antibiotic that targets spike protein and chops it for excretion -and blows it up inside white blood cells - goes unstudied by big labs in academia and pharma because there is no patent on Boron and Erythromycin...& no doctors to examine patients
@HarrySpoelstra
@fitterhappierAJ
I found this on palpation in children in 2022 and posted an explanation: Spike Protein in the post-inflammatory state shrinks and twists the collagen polymer after infiltrating the connective tissue of the mediastinum. Spike polymer impairs collagen piezoelectric function.
New-School-Year 2023 Omicron Plague: Five Covid-19 Recent-Onset Cases Today! 5 of 6 patients examined incidentally have swollen wet liver, kidneys not moving, and lateral ventricle inflammation of the brain not seen since Omicron BA.1 in December 2021.
Cholestyramine resin helps bind toxins in the gut including mold, biofilms, and possibly spike protein... while assisting the liver to dump backed-up covid residue by increased production of bile... which helps empty the liver into the intestines.
Finally, micro-organisms in probiotics will eventually, like streptomycetes (mother of 50 antibiotics and growth hormones), find a symbiont better capable than homo sapiens to deal with novel coronavirus.
Colonic hydrotherapy helps wash out the large intestine, stimulate peristalsis, and, with pH 9.5 water, can break up biofilms and acid pockets holding a variety of toxins. Like the liver the colon should be thought of as part of the immune system.
Erythromycin increases intestinal motility through a natural mechanism, a protein receptor called motilin. Erythromycin has been used in babies to get peristalsis started.
What Brain Magnetic Waves Really Look Like ... and why brain and cranial therapy to restore inflamed and demyelinated flattened regions is important for Long Covid.
19 yo pt comes in after 2 ER visits when no psych beds are available for confusion, confabulation, and getting out of moving car. Full COVID-19 Multi-Organ Inflammation with real Myalgic Encephalitis -myelin meltdown from the cerebellum starting in April 2023. Telemedicine sucks.
19 yo vaccinated 60 days ago sick now with nausea, vomiting, sore throat & headache. Exam shows stiff ribcage, swollen liver, stiff thoracic spine, hot head & light cough. Weight 210 lbs. Tx: erythromycin 500 mg po bid x 10 days with boron 6 mg po bid on empty stomach.
@Felice_Interim
Even though most of my caseload is following children for emotional, behavioral, and cognitive development we treat some longterm adult patients with the neuroregenerative approach... and through the grapevine have picked up some incapacitated adults with 'long covid". So:
I heard it through the grapevine: some physicians are using once-a-week 'Rapamycin' 2 mg to 4 mg or 6 mg as tolerated for MECFS & Long Covid. Let me know what you have heard. It comes from a streptomyces and is used to prevent organ rejection via mTORC1.
@neurocourses
@OGdukeneurosurg
Brain cells hibernate when the myelinated white matter fiber bundles beneat them collapse. Whe the white matter plumps up like a mushroom and brings them back to the cortical capillary network ... they wake up.
Yay! Mouse research shows clemastine not only stimulates repair of myelin ... it also decreases inflammation in the hippocampus. Are we ready to use the synergism of clemastine with minocycline?
Thank you, Paul. The article shows how little we understand about how to approach the vagus, parasympathetic plexus, and brain. A hand works better than a vagal nerve stimulator.
@drclairetaylor
Cumulative Organ-Tissue-Systems Dysfunction varies from wave to wave with each new pattern of Organ-Tissue Dysfunction multiplying off each other dysfunction.
@alakanandama
Spike Protein Has Exceeded The Immune System's Capabilities: "Interestingly, when the activation was assessed upon stimulation with the S peptides (H = 50.8, p < 0.0001) ...a significant reduction was observed in PASC CD8+ T cells compared to non-PASC CD8 T cells..."
