@PBlanchardMD I draw something similar, but less anterior. On a node-positive neck in OPC, I just treat the IB nodal tissue anterior to IIA, but not going more anterior than the anterior aspect of the gland. Also feel sparing IB entirely is reasonable (this splits the difference).
