Israeli settlers raid village of Qusra near Nablus & go on a shooting rampage, killing 3 Palestinians. As they retreat, Israeli soldiers move in and shot some more, killing a fourth resident of the village. 12 people are in hospital, one of them is reported in critical condition.

Today No 10 briefed foreign press that the UK had no plans to move its embassy to Israel in Tel Aviv. Thus is very welcome and retains a sensible position of the British government in conformity with international law and consensus. It was rash to even consider the move.
