One little thing I really like about Norvell: He requires that his players wear suits to every game. They get a new one each year.
By the end of career, they have 4-5 suits for interviews if they go pro in something other than sports.

Some folks will criticize Norvell for challenging the forward pass and “icing” his own kicker. But it was the right call. You can’t know in advance whether he’s going to make it from 50+, and you know he’s been better from inside 40y. Have to make the right percentage call.

team: They play HARD. This is a physical football team. Defense flies to the football like their lives depend on it. Offense blocks hard & finishes runs/RAC w/chip on shoulder. Norvell has full buy-in.

The one problem I can foresee for

’s offense in 2023 is that there’s only one ball and a lot of talented mouths to feed. Guys are going to have to be unselfish b/c nobody is going to get “enough” touches. (But they’ll all have less wear & tear for NFL futures.)
