With the commitment of Jordan Clay to Baylor, the Big 12 now has eight commits in the top 100 players of the Top247 rankings in the Class of 2026. For comparison, the league had two total top 100 players sign in the Class of 2025.

What if all the denials from CSC are performative long game? . What if they deny the deals, knowing they’ll get sued, lose, and then they can go to congress and say “hey we really tried everything, we need the antitrust exemption”

If you spend 150K on a corvette and have a Ferrari on order, you’re still running this year’s race with the vette. Good car, still might win, but we can’t confuse what Tech has coming in with what it just brought in. They’re about to be really nasty in a few years.

Arizona State went 3-9 before winning the whole league last year . Now that the two good recruiting teams are out of the league, Big 12 is wide open every year. It’s anyone’s game. I’m probably dumb for thinking only 7 of 16 have a real chance.

“Draft grades” doesn’t mean “projected to be drafted”. I have the list too on my computer . Tech has one played projected to be drafted before the fifth round . 3 7th round projections . Six undrafted projections . So yeah, they’re graded, but not really passing grades draft wise.

When is the last time Gundy had a good team? 2023 was luckbox of all luck boxes and I say that as someone who had Cowboys 60-1 to win the league and hedged in champ. Have they had a legit good (not just good record) post covid?.
@BudElliott3 Whittingham gets the benefit of the doubt while Gundy, with better AP finishes and better winning percentage, get none.
