From a certain point of view:
The Panthers arguably traded Caleb Williams, DJ Moore, Jalen Carter, Tank Dell, and a 2025 2nd for the right to select Bryce Young over CJ Stroud
Shoutout David Tepper
Caleb Williams and Drake Maye are "next years class"
Stroud and Young were "next years class"
Fields and Lance were "next years class"
Baker and Darnold were "next years class"
Next year's class is always better
i know ball guys: Lamar Jackson will never make it
i know ball guys: ok lamar made it but jalen hurts will never make it
i know ball guys: ok lamar and hurts made it but justin fields will never make it
Arthur Smith, born on 3rd base believing he hit a triple, criticizing a man who bagged fucking groceries to keep his dream alive.
Every day he embarrasses himself more.

"Billy, this is Evan Engram. He led the 2016 Ole Miss team that had Van Jefferson, AJ Brown & DK Metcalf in receiving yards+TDs, plays with an ascending young QB, & runs most of his snaps from the slot.
The only problem is: he never scores any fantasy points"
Diontae Johnson just broke potentially the most unbreakable record in professional football.
147 targets with ZERO touchdowns. No one else is within 20 targets of him on the historical leaderboard with no scoring plays.
Unbelievable stuff.
In 2021, “the breakfast club” began: a rigorous early-morning film and strategy session between Rams QB Matthew Stafford and WR Cooper Kupp.
For a while, it was just the two of them.
Then, Puka Nacua asked if he could join.
Inside Nacua’s journey:
Every Monday morning, I compile a thread of actionable fantasy football takeaways from every game & team in the NFL that played on Sunday.
Let's find out what mattered this weekend:
Had to say goodbye to my very good girl this weekend after a long battle with cancer.
She was an A+ dog who never let anything get her down even when it would have been easier to.
Jets are actively working to reach an agreement with Packers’ free-agent WR Allen Lazard, per league sources. There is another team involved, and no final decision, but the Jets are trying to reunite Lazard and OC Nathaniel Hackett.
Every Monday morning, I take a look at every game and every team to determine what is actionable in fantasy football moving forward
Let’s find out what mattered in Week Two:
Through 2 weeks, RBs drafted in the 1st RD (JT, CMC, Henry, Najee, Ekeler, Mixon) are averaging 16.05 points per game
WRs drafted in the 1st round (Kupp, Jefferson, Chase, Adams, Diggs) are averaging 26.4 points per game.
What is going on in fantasy football?
Every Monday, I do a thread with fantasy football-relevant takeaways
Week 4 was filled with injury-related carnage & weirdness, so there is lots to cover!
“And Garoppolo misses McCaffrey in the flat, pass intercepted by Shaq Barrett and retuned for a touchdown as the 49ers trail 28-14 here in the NFC championship”
Winning in fantasy football is as much about avoiding bad picks as it is about nailing good picks
These five players are DO NOT DRAFT at their current cost:
My favorite "sleeper" WR in 2024: Malachi Corley
-5'10, 215 Deebo-ish style player
-31% of WKU's passing offense at 21
-Hyperproductive players at G5 schools are always a little undervalued by the market; I'm buying
A potential sequel to Tank Dell's fantasy impact from '23
Grant Wahl came on my podcast on its 5th episode when it was absolutely nothing and gave me an hour of his time right before the 2018 World Cup. Haven’t heard anyone say an unkind word about him. I hope we receive full and 100% clarity on his death.
One of my biggest conviction plays as we get closer to the season: Kyle Pitts is completely unstoppable if the Falcons can even be within sniffing distance of league average on offense
just when thought Derrick Henry’s ADP might slip down a few spots this year
The man gets the Texans TWICE in the fantasy playoffs
Week 15 - vs. Houston Texans
Week 16 - vs. Seattle Seahawks
Week 17 - @ Houston Texans
Trent Richardson first 22 career games: 373 carries for 1,283 yards w/ 3.4 yards per carry + 60 receptions & 437 yards & 14 total TDs
Najee Harris first 22 career games: 376 carries for 1422 rush yards for 3.8 YPC + 87 receptions for 521 yards and 12 total TDs
Most people are pretty bad at interpreting how preseason can help you win in fantasy football.
These are 12 conclusions that have changed the way I'm drafting after one week of preseason NFL:
Every Monday, I do a massive fantasy football thread with relevant fantasy football usage & production takeaways from every team that played on Sunday
We saw multiple season-ending injuries, so there is loads to parse out!
It is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen in my years posting.
A fanbase rejecting a Heisman winning uber stud for their 10-28 incumbent QB due a big paycheck with a career 12% sack rate because… ???
guys i agree that caleb williams looks absolutely generational, it's a larger point about how when we look closer at the warts of all these prospects, the guys who are further away simply look more appealing
Every Monday morning, I do a comprehensive thread with the most important fantasy football takeaways from every team that played on Sunday
Busy day full of surprises, lets get to it!
Every Monday, I do a thread on the biggest takeaways from each of Sunday's NFL games
Sunday was full of injuries and role changes, so let's get to it !
Every season in the last 4 years, a late-round (or undrafted) Tight End has scored as a top-5 Tight End in fantasy football.
Darren Waller TE3 2019
Robert Tonyan TE3 2020
Dalton Schultz TE3 2021
Taysom Hill/Evan Engram TE5/6 2022
These 3 tight ends can do so in 2023:
What move was a larger disaster
Houston trading up the pick value equivalent of the 1.1 to secure Will Anderson
or
The Lions taking the 2nd best RB at 12 and off-the-ball LB at 18
“Billy, these are the Los Angeles Chargers. They have a stud QB, acquired a bunch of stars on defense and have a sharp, young coach.
The only problem is, they never win any games”
Home league draft today?
-Draft as many 2nd year WRs as possible
-Late-rising RBs (Pierce, Rhamondre) often don’t rise enough
-Tier 1 QBs are worth it this year
-Draft like at least one of your WRs will bust
-The least important position in managed leagues in RB2
Good luck!
Every Monday Morning, I go through every team and every game from NFL Sunday and analyze everything that happened for fantasy football
Let's find out what mattered in Week Ten:
Don’t let Hamlin not winning CPOY distract you from the fact that Sean McDermott called a fake punt running play to him in the biggest spot of the Bills season like it was a Disney movie
Every week on Monday morning, I take a look at every game and team that played on Sunday to figure out what mattered for fantasy football
Let's get to the Week 8 actionable info:
