Here is a transformation of a young man in his 30’s who was 5'3". He underwent the Height Lengthening procedure on his femurs and his tibias in a staged fashion using the Stryde nail. He gained a grand total of 5.8 inches in his height! He now stands at 5'9"

To get the gender marker "X" , you simply have to submit a passport renewal application by mail, select "X" , and then also check a box indicating that you're changing your gender on your PP. You don't need to submit proof of a change to gender on any other documents.
