So… after 45 minutes I called the restaurant and told them to give my food away as I have no way to get it to me in any sort of timely fashion. $30 out- hoping at least somebody enjoys it 🤦‍♀️.

After several minutes found out that I could only do it of if I had Skip credits- no directions given on how to do so. Quickly went and bought a digital gift card to add credits- wouldn’t come to inbox. My food is now ready, no gift card or Skip credits- the chat history cleared.

My bad @SkipCanada story for the day: accidentally selected pick up instead of delivery. Pick up not an option for me. IMMEDIATELY tried to cancel- no option. So quickly got on chat and asked to change it to delivery.
